2 oz Gosling's® Black Seal rum
4 oz ginger beer
Directions
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the rum and lime juice and shake well. Strain into an ice-filled collins glass. Stir in the ginger beer and garnish with the skewered candied ginger and lime wheel .
In Bermuda, Dark 'n' Stormy is a registered trademark of Gosling's Brothers Limited. It is described as "Bermuda's National Drink" (only if made with Goslings Rum), a description often applied to the Rum Swizzle as well.
