Gentlemen, a day to honor the greatest cartoon character of all time is not too much to ask for the great BUGS BUNNY.  Let us take stock in his abilities, any rabbit who could hold a stick of dynamite in his hands and never get blown to hell and back deserves a day in his honor.  Merrie in his melodies and looney in his tunes he was born in brooklyn new york! He has feuded with Tasmanian Devil,  Cecil Turtle, Charlie Dog, Witch Hazel, Rocky and Mugsy, Wile E. Coyote, the Crusher, Gremlin, Big Bad Wolf, Count Blood Count Elmer Fudd, Yosemite Sam, Willoughby the Dog, Marvin the Martian,
