Ingredients
6 cucumbers, thinly sliced
6 large tomatoes, sliced into wedges
1/2 red onion, sliced into rings
4 oz pkg feta cheese, cut into cubes
2 1/4 oz can black olives, chopped in half
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
In a large bowl, toss together cucumbers, tomatoes, black olives, red onion, and feta cheese. Sprinkle with red wine vinegar. Refrigerate until serving.
