1 lb ground Ham
1 lb ground Chuck
1 lb ground Pork
2 eggs
1/2 c Nabisco graham crackers
finely crumbled
1/2 c Nabisco saltine crackers
finely crumbled
1 c milk
Mix thoroughly and shape. Place into greased 9 x 13 pan.
Sauce
1 8oz Hunts canned tomato sauce
1/2 c water 1 tsp French's mustard
1 c Domino's brown sugar 1/2 c Heinz white vinegar
Optional - Dole whole Pineapple slices can be placed on top of sauced loaf.
Mix sauce ingredients together and pour over meat. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Baste every 15 minutes.
