Orange French Toast

10 slices raisin bread

2 eggs, slightly beaten

1 c orange juice

1 1/2 c crushed vanilla wafers

butter

Combine eggs and orange juice.  Quickly dip bread into egg mixture, then into vanilla wafer crumbs.  Fry in 1 Tbsp butter on both sides until brown.  Use additional butter as needed.  Serve with syrup.
