1 part BEEFEATER GIN
1/2 part freshly squeezed lemon juice
3/4 part simple syrup
Top with Perrier-Jouët Champagne
Fill mixing glass with ice. Add the BEEFEATER Gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Shake well. Strain into a flute glass. Top with chilled Champagne and a lemon twist.
