Ingredients:
2 oz. Grey Goose Vodka
2 oz. Beefeater Gin
1 oz. Cuervo Tequila
1 oz. Sweet Vermouth
Lemon slices
Pour over ice into shaker. Shake vigorously. Pour into large goblet style glass. Garnish with two slices of lemon.

4 to 5 tonic water ice cubes
1 Tbls fresh lime juice
Lime wedge for garnish
Directions
Fill a chilled old fashioned glass with tonic water ice cubes, almost to the top. Pour in the gin, the tonic water, then the lime juice, and stir well. Garnish with a lime wedge, and serve immediately.
***To make tonic water ice cubes, simply fill an empty ice cube tray with tonic water, and let the cubes freeze.

1 part BEEFEATER GIN
1/2 part freshly squeezed lemon juice
3/4 part simple syrup
Top with Perrier-Jouët Champagne
Fill mixing glass with ice. Add the BEEFEATER Gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Shake well. Strain into a flute glass. Top with chilled Champagne and a lemon twist.
