Crust
1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 egg
1 stick butter
Filling
1 lb. box confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia brand cream cheese (room temp.)
2 large eggs
Mixing Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Crust: Mix together cake mix, 1 egg, and butter until a dough forms. Press dough into the bottom and half way up the sides of a 13"x9" baking pan.
Filling: With mixer, combine sugar, cream cheese, vanilla and 2 eggs until smooth. Pour onto crust. Bake at 350 degrees for approx. 40 minutes. Top with confectioners' sugar.
