1/2 cup honey
3/4 cup soy sauce
2 Tbls McCormick Sesame Seed
1/4 tsp McCormick Ground Red Pepper
1 1/2 - 2 lb Pork Tenderloin
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
Combine together honey, soy sauce, Ground Red Pepper, and Sesame Seed in small mixing bowl until thoroughly blended. Brush mixture on tenderloin heavily. Reserve remaining mixture. Place tenderloin in lightly greased 9 x 13 baking pan. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake tenderloin for 15
minutes,
remove from oven and coat with remaining mixture. Place tenderloin back in oven for an additional 15 minutes. Remove pan from oven and let stand for 8-10 minutes before slicing.
