Ingredients
8 oz can crushed pineapple in its own juice
3 1/2 oz pkg instant coconut pudding and pie filling mix
1 thinly sliced banana
1/2 cup small marshmallows
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup dairy sour cream
Mixing directions
In a blender combine all ingredients including pineapple juice, except banana slices and marshmallows. Cover, blend 30 seconds. Fold marshmallows and banana slices into mix. Refrigerate 4 to 6 hours to completely blend flavors. Serve with a variety of fresh fruit (Strawberries, pineapple wedges, melon, apples, etc.)
Makes 2 1/2 cups.
