Ingredients
3 cups cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
3 Tbsp. butter
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 cup orange juice
6 oz. bag of Planters Pecan Pieces
Mini Marshmallows (optional)
Directions
Add butter, salt, and orange juice to sweet potatoes. Beat until light. Spoon potatoes into 1 qt. casserole (greased). Sprinkle pecan pieces on top of casserole, and add marshmallows if desired. Bake in 350 degree oven approx. 15 minutes or until marshmallows (if used) are puffed and 
browned.
