The Long Island Iced Tea dates to the 1970's, and is named after the continental USA's largest island Long Island, in New York. The drink reigns as one of the top 5 of most popular cocktails.
Ingredients
1/2 oz Smirnoff Vodka® 1/2 oz Bacardi Rum®
1/2 oz Tangueray Gin® 1/2 oz Triple Sec®
3 ozs sweet and sour mix® 1/2 oz Coca-Cola® Mix ingredients together over ice in a glass. Pour into a shaker and give one brisk shake. Pour back into the glass, leaving 1/2 inch space at top of glass. Garnish with Lemon slice.
1 cup granulated sugar nutmeg 1 cup Bacardi Rum 1 cup Courvoisier Cognac 1/2 tsp salt
DirectionsSeparate egg yolks and whites. Beat yolks until light in color. Slowly add bourbon, and cognac, while beating at slow speed. Chill for 3 hrs. In second bowl add egg whites, then salt and beat till whites form peaks. In third bowl whip cream until stiff. Next fold whipped cream into chilled yolk mixture, then fold in the beaten egg whites. Chill for one hour. Serve in a punch bowl or large pitcher. Sprinkle nutmeg on top of each glass served.
4 oz CANADA DRY® Tonic water 1 Tbls fresh lime juice Lime wedge for garnish Directions Fill a chilled old fashioned glass with tonic water ice cubes, almost to the top. Pour in the gin, the tonic water, then the lime juice, and stir well. Garnish with a lime wedge, and serve immediately.
***To make tonic water ice cubes, simply fill an empty ice cube tray with tonic water, and let the cubes freeze.

Touted to be the world’s most expensive champagne, it would be breaking records at $6,485 for a tailored bottle of bubbly that would be available for sale on 20 March. Eyeing “super-rich” elite across globally, this limited edition 12-bottle box sets of Perrier-Jouet champagne is valued at 50,000 Euros, as stated by French drink company Pernod-Ricard. It is being said that sales will be restricted to a “population of super-rich” customers located in the U.S., Britain, Japan, China, Russia, Switzerland and France.
Company is hopeful to sell off box-sets to across 100 people globally. It is an alliance of sugar and wines collected ages back. The liqueur is used to add a definitive touch on bottles of Perrier-Jouet’s 2000 Belle Epoque champagne. Along with the bottles, customers would be offered a storage nest in Perrier-Jouet’s vault that will hold the bottles for coming eight months. It would surely break the record set by limited edition of Dom Perignon champagne in 2005 that got sold off for 12,000 Euros per three-litre bottle.

The alcohol content is 25%, making it the strongest beer in the world (listed in the Guinness Book of Records). The process of making this beverage can take up to 12 years, giving it the unique and rich flavors. It is said that the production was limited to 8,000 bottles per year.
